What is required in order to rent a Slingshot?
You must be at least 21 years of age.
You must have a current, valid U.S. State or International drivers license.
You must bring your physical credit or debit card that was used to book rental. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Must have an authorized credit card for the security deposit of $350.00. The deposit is for the rental protection insurance policy deductible, if an accident occurs and/or any other incidentals. When the Slingshot has been returned back to us in its original condition, the deposit funds will be released back to you. If there's any damage to the autocycle, the cost of repair will be deducted from your security deposit. In the event that the security deposit does not cover the amount of damages, you will be responsible for the full amount of damages.
There is an additional fee of $25 for insurance or show proof of motorcycle insurance. You are required to purchase liability insurance from our insurance provider in order to operate the autocycle.
Where are your pick-up/drop-off locations?
We are located right in Center City! Picking up your Slingshot and dropping it off are easy and simple. We have three choices for convenience to access your rental. Your pick-up/drop-off locations choices are:

Can you deliver the Slingshot to me?
For an extra fee, we would be happy to bring the autocycle to you. We offer airport pick-up/drop-off, contact us for more details.
Do you provide instruction on how to operate the Slingshot?
Yes, after the completion of the necessary paperwork, we will spend the time making sure you are comfortable operating the autocycle.
What should we wear and bring?
We suggest dressing for the weather as if you were riding a motorcycle. We highly recommend sunglasses, hats, and sunscreen since you’ll be basking in the open air with the Slingshot's open cockpit design. Any personal items may be kept in lockable storage compartments behind both seats.
Do I need to wear a Helmet and/or Seat Belt?
In Pennsylvania the Slingshot is considered a motorcycle but falls under the autocycle category, meaning a motorcycle license and helmet is NOT required. However, because your safety is our top priority we recommend that you do, especially for beginners. Bring your own or you have the option to rent one from us. We charge a small fee of $15 per helmet.
You and a passenger must wear a seatbelt every time the vehicle is in motion. It is the law to wear a seat-belt in Pennsylvania!
Can a child be a passenger in the Slingshot?
A ride in a Slingshot would be a unique birthday gift or surprise that would fill any kid with joy! Pennsylvania law requires that all passengers must be at least 8 years of age to ride in the autocycle.
What gas do we use to fill up the Slingshot?
Every Slingshot we rent out will have a full tank of PREMIUM (octane level of 91 or higher) fuel and should be returned the same way using PREMIUM fuel (octane level of 91 or higher). If the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank a refueling charge of $35 will be added.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations that occur within 48 hours will receive credit only for a future reservation. Contact us by phone.
